By booking a suite at Erotokritos City Luxury Suites, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Reservations: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or deposit.
Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by suite and date. Please check the specific terms at the time of booking. Different terms apply to group reservations of two suites or more.
Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €250 is collected in cash on arrival, and returned in full in cash on check-out, following a brief inspection.
Children and beds: Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged five and over are charged as adults. A cot is available free of charge on request for children aged 0–4. Extra beds are not available.
Liability: The property is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left in the suites.

3. Guest Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we ask you to observe the following rules:

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Guests must show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Quiet Hours: We enforce quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00. The street is quiet, and we would like to keep it that way.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors. There is a designated smoking area.
Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
Parties: Parties and events are not permitted.
Age restriction: There is no age restriction for check-in.
